Mark Chapman is a dedicated insurance professional who joined SSP in 2025 as a Client Advisor based in Cleveland, Ohio. With nearly 20 years in the insurance industry, Mark has ample experience working with a variety of clients across all industries, as well as a specialization in Trade Credit Insurance receivables protection.

As a specialty broker of Trade Credit Insurance, Mark has built his partnerships with both clients and underwriters on a foundation of trust, integrity, and open communication. “Whether it be additional financing, assistance with credit management, or purely sleep insurance, there are various reasons why companies implement credit insurance,” says Mark. “I take immense pride in helping my clients safely grow their sales”.

Born and raised in Ohio, Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio. He now resides in the Chagrin Falls, Ohio area with his wife, Jessica, and their two young daughters, where they attend Fellowship City Church. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. He is also very passionate about fitness and dedicates time to triathlons, cross-fit, yoga, and other fitness-related activities.
