Kristen S. Finley, CPCU, AAI-M, CIC, MLIS is the Director of Training & Development at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, where she leads both the Training Team and the Client Resource Team. Her leadership is instrumental in onboarding and developing team members who are new to the insurance industry—including recent college graduates, career changes, and individuals re-entering the workforce. Alongside her dedicated team, Kristen focuses on teaching foundational insurance concepts, terminology, systems, and practical skills to ensure long-term success.

With extensive Property & Casualty experience on the agency side including 20+ years of Commercial Account Management and leading the Commercial Team at Pritchard & Jerden, Kristen is known for strengthening and streamlining processes to stay ahead of industry trends. She is also a passionate advocate for the insurance profession, frequently speaking to high school and college students about the diverse and rewarding career paths the industry offers.

Outside of work, Kristen is a proud wife and parent of three teenagers—two of whom attend the University of Georgia—and three dogs. She is actively involved in foster care initiatives through her church, Mount Pisgah, and enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading in her free time.
