Jeb Blazevich is a talented benefits broker specializing in Non-Profit and Human Services, Healthcare and Real Estate & Hospitality.

Jeb evaluates and explores alternate medical funding arrangements for his clients. He uses variations of self-funding, cost containment, and carved-out pharmacy solutions to establish sustainable, long-term benefit solutions. This allows Jeb to better position his clients to be in control when dealing with healthcare & provides a higher level of service to their employees.

Jeb finds purpose by serving others through advocacy. He does so professionally by brokering, consulting, and administering Employee Benefits programs for businesses of all types.

Outside of work, Jeb is a counter-trafficking and homeless advocate serving the marginalized in downtown Atlanta. In Nashville, he served on an Anti-Human Trafficking board and led monthly Men Against Trafficking meetings. He currently volunteers weekly with Frontline Response, attends Passion City Church, and serves on a local board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Jeb met his wife Addy while playing football at The University of Georgia. Jeb helped to take the Dawgs to SEC and Rose Bowl Championships.
