Bill Barrow

Bill Barrow assists clients in developing effective risk management procedures and serves as a human resources and employee benefits advisor on strategic issues. He advises clients on a wide range of areas including loss control, inspections, training, safety planning, and post-loss mitigation through site visits.
With more than 30 years of experience in risk management, human resources, and employee benefits programs, Bill began his career at Sea Island Company in 1988, where he advanced through multiple leadership roles spanning human resources, employee relations, benefits, and risk management, ultimately serving in senior director-level positions.
Bill is an OSHA Authorized Trainer for 10- and 30-Hour General Industry Classes and a Graduate of Malcolm Baldrige Leadership Course. He holds the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Risk and Insurance Management.
Bill also serves as a chaplain and Army National Guard, providing spiritual care and guidance across both civilian and military communities.
