Cumberland-based Sterling Seacrest Pritchard (SSP), a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has announced the election of four new partners by its voting shareholders. This strategic move strengthens SSP’s leadership and expertise across multiple practice areas.
Meet the New Partners
Jeb Blazevich- Benefits Expertise
Jeb Blazevich is based in SSP’s Savannah office. He is an experiences Benefits Broker who consults and administers employee benefits programs for businesses of all sizes.
During his time at the University of Georgia, Blazevich played on the football team and helped lead the Bulldogs to both the SEC and Rose Bowl Championships.
Beyond his professional role, Blazevich actively supports his community. He advocates for counter-trafficking and homelessness, volunteers with Make-A-Wish Georgia, and mentors young adults through athletic and leadership programs.
Caroline Gregory- Commercial Insurance Leadership
Gregory focuses on commercial insurance with a strong emphasis on transportation, warehouse, and logistics. A Savannah native, she is deeply involved in community service.
Her contributions include work with the United Way of the Coastal Empire, Chatham Savannah Citizen Advocacy, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Folds of Honor Savannah.
Gregory was named the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s 2021 Woman of the Year and is a graduate of Leadership Savannah.
Mike Shrubb- Technology & Cyber Practice
Shrubb brings over a decade of experience in commercial insurance. He specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive insurance solutions for manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, and professional services.
Based in SSP’s Atlanta Office, Shrubb also helps lead the firm’s Technology & Cyber Practice Group. He supports community initiatives through the National Brain Tumor Society and A+ Squash, a nonprofit providing academic tutoring and mentorship to Atlanta students.
Cole Swede- Construction Industry Specialist
Swede concentrates on serving the construction industry by helping contractors increase bonding capacity and protect their most valuable assets.
Located in Little Rock, Swede is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas and the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
He earned Amerisure Insurance’s “Top of the Stack Award” in 2021 for his outstanding contributions to the industry.
