Steven Katcoff joined SSP in 2016 as a client service executive, managing daily relationship with a book of employee benefits clients. He became a manager of client strategy in 2022, where he led an employee benefits team while maintaining a book of business. Currently, in his role as Director of Employee Benefits Operations, Steven manages the Employee Benefits Training, Claims Advocacy and Technology departments. Additionally, he is heavily involved in departmental strategy, staffing, technology adoption, and carrier/vendor relationships.
Steven began his employee benefits career in 2004, spending three years as a group sales representative for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. He worked as a Benefits Specialist for the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association from 2007 – 2016, prior to joining Sterling Seacrest Pritchard.
Steven is a graduate of the University of Georgia Honors Program with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance and was a member of the Redcoat Marching Band.
He enjoys golf, cooking, and is active in his local running club. Steven, his wife, and dog live in Dunwoody.
