Shea Higgins

Shea Higgins is a Client Advisor at SSP based in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Shea earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and brings a people-focused perspective to his insurance practice.

Shea began his insurance career seven years ago with Federated before joining a local, family-owned agency. There, he gained experience serving clients through a relationship-based approach. He decided to join SSP for the firm’s culture, opportunities for growth, and a clear path to partnership.

Shea focuses on serving clients in the construction and manufacturing industries, with an emphasis on practical risk management and long-term relationships. He is actively involved in the community and helped create and run the Ringgold Phoenix youth soccer program.

Outside of work, Shea lives in Ringgold with his wife of 15 years, Jessie, and their two children, Hudson and Avery. He enjoys being active, staying involved in youth sports, and following college and professional athletics.
