Lawson Burnat, CPCU, AIS assists his clients in identifying, analyzing and evaluating a company’s operations and their risk exposures which could impact the financial future of their business, the day to day business operations and the physical loss to business assets. He is experienced in the alternative risk marketplace which includes captives and other self-insured vehicles.

Lawson has extensive experience working with Restaurant/Hospitality, Retail Rent-to-Own, Specialty Trade Contractors, Staffing Firms, Law Firms, Real Estate, Manufacturers, Distributors and Private Equity industries with clients throughout the United States and International operations.

Lawson graduated from The University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He obtained his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) professional designations. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and two children. Lawson serves on the Special Olympics Georgia Honorary Board and volunteers his time to Special Olympics of Georgia and the athletes.
