Kristen Finley was recently promoted to Director of Training & Development at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard. Kristen leads the Training Team and the Client Resource Team. Her focus is onboarding and developing team members who are new to the insurance industry in addition to teaching foundational insurance concepts, terminology, systems, and practical skills.

On the agency side, Kristen also has over 20 years of experience in property & casualty account management.
